THE COMPANY does not conduct studies for scientific, historical or statistical purposes. Where applicable, data will be dissociated from the study object to preserve confidentiality.
A personal data breach is a security breach of THE COMPANY’s information systems that causes or may cause the destruction, alteration, loss, unauthorised disclosure of or access to personal data transmitted, stored or processed in connection with the provision of our services. If the personal data that we store and/or process are compromised in any way, we will notify the affected parties in due time and in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.

In addition to the specific means established for each right, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing with the reference “Data Protection” to the postal or electronic address stated at the beginning of this Policy. Our website is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information, including personal data, about children or other persons who cannot legally use our services. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it as soon as possible unless we are legally required to retain it. The entry of personal information in free-text fields that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, health data, data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences is not permitted. If any information of this type is entered in our forms or by email, it will be deleted immediately from our information systems and the enquiry cannot be processed, as such data are not necessary or relevant for the purposes of the processing carried out on this website.
